Meet Danny Saltos

I launched Train+ BY DANNY SALTOS because fitness changed my life. I used to believe that fitness was one dimension. Exercise! This took a toll on me mentally and physically. I knew there had to be another way because focusing on just exercise was not sustainable. The more I committed myself to true health and wellness, the more I realized that there is so much more to being healthy. I transformed myself and my mindset and in the process I realized that I had a responsibility to help others who struggle in the same way I did. Train+ BY DANNY SALTOS is not just about looking good, it’s about feeling good and finding peace.

  • Amazing! Second time in a row doing this program. Took a week off (still walking 10 K) per day; I decided to keep weights same as first time but increase reps for each workout SO instead of 12 I do 20. Third time - do it will increase weights. My goal is to lose more weight and lean and tone.
